About 15 years ago, and while still in her early 20s, Carmen Rad took the first step on the road to entrepreneurial success. Using her background in fashion design and marketing to produce custom clothing, embroidery work and promotional items, she launched CR&A Custom, Inc. out of her home with just two employees. With no outside funding, and no equity to secure a loan, she gave up income to make more purchases and meet payroll.
Today, Carmen runs a multi-million dollar company and has been recognized by the SBA, NAWBO and other prominent organizations. We are proud to highlight her for her many accomplishments and proudly call her an NLBWA member.
