Olivia Rios is the founder and CEO of REO Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in government grant-writing for profit and nonprofit organizations. She developed her business after leaving the corporate world with the desire to help and empower others.
Additionally, Olivia is Operations Manager at Uptown Whittier where she runs and oversees annual events such as Antique Fairs, Classic Car Show, Holiday Sonata and the annual Holiday Parade in the historic area.
Olivia serves on the Board of Plaza de La Raza Cultural Center and is on the Advisory Board of AME (Alliance of Multicultural Entrepreneurs). She is the former Executive Administrator for our organization (NLBWA-LA), and is former co-host of “Nuestra Gente,” a weekly Spanish-language radio program promoting community resources to the Hispanic community.
She is currently enrolled at CSUDH, and was recognized as “Mujer Elegendaria” by Ford for her spirit, enthusiasm and leadership within the Latina community.
