The National Latina Business Women Association was established July 2003 in the City of Los Angeles as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization by a group of Latina entrepreneurs and corporate professionals who realized their need for mentors and educational programs to empower them as business owners and as professionals to grow within their industries. Since then the National Latina Business Women, a national organization was established to hold chapters in various cities across the country.
