NLBWA-LA Annual Latinas in Business Awards commends outstanding Latina businesswomen in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area who have demonstrated financial success and a commitment to the advancement of the Latino community. This four- week series is designed with hands-on tools to help you discover the leader in you. Leaders, professionals, managers and business owners are encouraged to attend.

NLBWA-LA not only serves Latinas in creating and growing their businesses, but we also help women create healthy lifestyles that transcend the business world.

Business Management Academy

This workshop series is designed to equip business owners with the tools and resources that will elevate them from a ready-to-do business to a contract-ready status. Upon completion, participants better understand the key components to a successful business and what contract providers consider a qualified firm. Series format varies every year.
