Dr. Marcella Camberos, founder of Blueprint Leadership Group which offers individual coaching and organizational leadership training with a unique focus on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership.

Marcella has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Career Development, and Organizational Training and Development within higher education. She has held director-level roles at several prestigious institutions, including Claremont McKenna College, Claremont Graduate University, and the University of La Verne.

As a first-gen, Marcella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of La Verne.

In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Marcella is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Leadership Association (ILA) and the Glendora Chamber of Commerce. 

Marcella is passionate about leadership, women’s empowerment, and uplifting Latina entrepreneurs through mentorship, workshops, and a range of events designed to support their growth.
